Free Next Working Day Services - Delivered by DPD

Next working day delivery is not available on all items. Please see the product page or basket to find out if your order qualifies.

Dispatch Times - Same Day Service We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same day and other orders on the following day. Dispatch times are guaranteed to customers who choose an expedited delivery service, subject to stock and published cut-off times. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be dispatched from the next available working day. During peak times non-expedited orders may take a little longer to process. Remote destinations may require additional time for delivery. Occasionally security checks by card issuers or our finance company may delay dispatch.

DELIVERY OF SMALLER ITEMS VIA DPD

All small items are usually delivered between 9am and 6pm, on a Monday to Friday, unless a Saturday delivery is requested. Follow My Parcel is an industry-changing innovation from DPD Local, which will give you unparalleled levels of information and peace of mind. Not only will you receive a one hour delivery timeslot, but you’ll now also be able to track the progress of their parcels on a map as our drivers make their way to the delivery addresses. Follow My Parcel will:

  • Display the location of our driver in relation to the delivery address
  • Show the position of you in the driver’s overall delivery queue
  • Tell you when our driver is just 15 minutes away
  • Give you the option to reschedule their delivery or have their goods delivered to a neighbour or a local DPD drop off point which is usually open until 8pm
  • Display the parcel’s tracking history

DELIVERY OF LARGER ITEMS

For larger items, our dedicated delivery department will contact customers at least one day prior to delivery and provide an estimated delivery time slot, upon receiving consent from the customer; the delivery will only then be authorized. Wherever possible, the driver will also call the customer an hour before delivery time. In this instance, if the customer is not present to receive the parcel, all parcels are returned to our base and a re-delivery will carry an additional charge.
