Delivery Information

As a company our primary goal is to provide a seamless service that results in customer satisfaction. We aim to deliver within 3 working days. Unfortunately, there may be occasions where this time frame may not be met due to unforeseen circumstances; in this instance, we deliver product/s as soon as we can. All delivery charges are included within the prices quoted, unless otherwise specified.


All small items are usually delivered between 9am and 6pm, on a Monday to Friday, unless a Saturday delivery is requested. Follow My Parcel is an industry-changing innovation from DPD Local, which will give your customers unparalleled levels of information and peace of mind.

    Not only will your customers receive a one hour delivery timeslot, but they'll now also be able to track the progress of their parcels on a map as our drivers make their way to the delivery addresses. Follow My Parcel will:

  • Display the location of our driver in relation to the delivery address
  • Show the position of your customer in our driver's overall delivery queue
  • Tell your customer when our driver is just 15 minutes away
  • Give your customer the option to reschedule their delivery or have their goods delivered to a neighbour
  • Display the parcel's tracking history


For larger items, our dedicated delivery department will contact customers at least one day prior to delivery and provide an estimated delivery time slot, upon receiving consent from the customer; the delivery will only then be authorized. Wherever possible, the driver will also call the customer an hour before delivery time. In this instance, if the customer is not present to receive the parcel, all parcels are returned to our base and a re-delivery will carry an additional charge.

Our drivers are contracted to deliver heavy goods to ground floor only. If you have steps leading up to your property or wish for the item to be carried to another floor, it is the customer’s responsibility to make suitable arrangements. Hifonix bears no responsibility to damage caused to your property at the time of delivery.


Unfortunately, our courier does not deliver larger items to selected post codes, the latter includes: KW, BT, IV post codes and selected areas in Scotland; like the Highlands, Isles, outlying areas and Central Scotland is also not covered. Please also note that we DO NOT deliver to Channel Islands, Ireland or Northern Ireland. For smaller items, delivery can be arranged, however delivery charges may apply.
